Professional Qualifications: Doctorate in Law (magna cum laude) from the Max-Planck Institute for Foreign and Private International Law Hamburg, Germany. Masters in Law from the University of Chicago, United States of America. Law degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Ghent, Belgium. German Academic Exchange Board (D.A.A.D.) Scholar and Fulbright Scholar.

Expertise: Caroline previously worked with Clifford Chance LLP in London and Brussels as a senior associate. Prior to this, Caroline worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Brussels as an associate. Through her previous employment with the magic circle firm Clifford Chance LLP, Caroline is able to draw on the experience and assistance of this firm.

Caroline specializes in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, banking and finance, real estate finance, project finance, real estate development and construction, and structuring of investments by domestic and international investors. Caroline has extensive experience advising large corporates, financial institutions, large-scale investors and private equity firms on corporate governance, acquisitions and disposals, structuring investments, event-driven equity funding and debt financing, and has years of experience acting on large scale cross-border transactions with Europe, the United States of America, Asia and the Middle East.

Tariq Abdul Aziz Mohammed Sadiq
